House, Decebal Street no. 12 Medgidia

Good general condition. Over time there were some interventions done on the construction, eliminating a part of the unique architectonic elements. The materials are not up to standard. It isn’t being used to it’s true value.

  • Medgidia, Decebal Street no. 12

The building is a bourgeois private residence from the beginning of the 20th century, harmoniously separated into two symmetrical shapes by a monumental, richly decorated entrance, with a decorated cartridge above it, with the owners initials (CC). The facade includes crowned, richly decorated columns, with frames on the windows and outside decorations under the roof that is sustained by wooden decorated elements. The immobile is a happy case of a still preserved bourgeois private residence from the beginning of the 20th century.
