Residential House on Ferdinand Boulevard no. 16

Very good general condition. It was rehabilitated in 2015 with respect being paid to the exterior architectonic details.

The immobile is a large residential house, built at the end of the 19th century in a rich, eclectic style with many classical influences. It has a ground floor, an upper floor and an attic and it is separated into three symmetrical bodies, the lateral ones going out to the side, into the street. The windows are very richly decorated, with frames typical of the fashion at the end of the 19th century, being well positioned between classical style columns.
