Apartment building. The building, with a ground floor, three upper floors and an attic, is made in the Art Nouveau style, with spectacular and rich decorations framing each window. A very well made Art Nouveau decoration can also be found on the facade. It is one of the most representative apartment buildings, built in the Art Nouveau style, in Constanța and in the country.
