  • It is located in the old town of Constanța, on Ecaterina Varga Street, no. 23.

The immobile is a family residence typical of the bourgeois class of the 19th century, in an area inhabited by the Greek community of the city. It is one of the oldest private buildings still standing in the city of Constanța and it reflects the day to day aspect of the city in the decade following the Unification of Dobrogea and Romania. The main entrance leads to a ground floor and an upper floor that includes two apartments, linked by a salon with a stone balcony, with hardware, which faces the street. The style is eclectic, with neoclassical elements on the ground floor and in the window frames, but also with regular elements specific to the La Belle Epoque style, of French inspiration, above the upper floor.
