Private residence, today headquarters of the Navmar company. Immobile used as a private residence, with a tall semi-basement, a ground floor and an attic, located in the greek neighborhood of Constanța from the end of the 19th century.

The owners were part of the wealthy class of the city, and they had stylistic and aesthetic concerns. The architectonic style is french, eclectic and with richly decorated facades, specific to the last decade of the 19th century and the first years of the 20th century.The large windows are richly inwrought and decorated. The monumental entrance is decorated and framed by two massive columns, which also sustain the main gable of the attic. The attic windows are perfectly circular, decorated with metal, with specific elements of the Art Nouveau style.

It is one of the most beautiful and representative buildings of the greek neighborhood of Constanța from before the beginning of the First World War.
