House, Ion Lahovary Street no. 2

Excellent general condition, recently renovated and rehabilitated. During the successive renovations, however, a part of the outside decorations was lost.

Residential house. A living immobile of large dimensions, in the Art Nouveau style, with a semi-basement, ground floor, upper floor and an attic. Some of the observable outside decorations are still preserved, the most important one being the one at the main entrance, with a seashell above the stairway. It is a residence specific to a wealthy family of the city which, at the beginning of the 20th century, was in a full on commercial, economic and urbanistic boom.
