Imobilul a fost modificat substanțial, eliminându-se aproape toate elementele arhitectonice de detaliu, suferind reabilitări deplorabile, care au distrus în bună parte specificul. Nu reprezintă un obiectiv turistic dar face parte dintre locurile obișnuite pentru turiștii zonei vechi a orașului.

Residential house, with a commercial area on the ground floor. It is an immobile typical of the commercial bourgeois of Constanța at the turn of the 19th and 20th century, with a commercial mark. The ground floor is meant for commercial activities, and the first floor was the residence of the owners. It is an immobile made out of a ground floor and an upper floor, with a neoclassical architecture, simple and pragmatic for the area it was located in. Ovidius Square, previously Independence Square, was the financial, commercial and tourist neighborhood of the city until the Second World War and the immobile was located in the most important section of the city.
