The immobile is a bourgeois private residence dating back to the end of the 19th century-the beginning of the 20th century, with simple neoclassical elements. The building is separated into a tall semi-building and a ground floor, with tall and wide windows, originally having many entrances. It is characteristic to the middle class of entrepreneurs of Constanța from before the First World War.
