The end of the 19th century-beginning of the 20th century. The residential building was put to use in 1901. Designed by the greek architect Pelopidas P. Couppa, the house has an architecture specific to the residential buildings used by the greek middle class (traders) of Constanța at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. The architectural style is neoclassical, the building represents two perfectly symmetrical halves, with a semi-basement, spacious ground floor and upper floor, with a balcony with hardware on one side, facing the street, and with a monumental entrance, with stone stairs and massive wooden doors.
