Very good general condition, the rehabilitation works maintained the architecture details, it is part of the tourist and museum circuit as a special wing of the Art Museum’s building.

The building is the place of the first mixed urban school in Romania, received with a protocol on the 5th of November 1894. It operated for a long while as an education space and today it is part of the Art Museum. The building has a ground floor and an upper school and a defining classical style but with Art Nouveau elements on the facade.
