The Balcan Inn is built in the architecture style of the balkan inns of the 19th century, which still exist and are famous spots for tourism and hotels (Manuc’s Inn, Bucharest, Hagi Nikola Inn, Veliko Târnovo, Bugary). It has a quadrilateral shape, with two sides unfolded lengthwise on the streets Ștefan cel Mare and Griviței. It presents a generous interior yard. The entrance on the side of the Ștefan cel Mare Street is majestic, in the form of an arch, meant to allow access to the interior yard for carriages and, later on, for tarpaulin cars. The architectural style is classic, with decorative elements on the facade that make the close by windows fit into the rococo style. The immobile has at least 40 rooms on the upper floor, spaces on the ground floor that used to be shops and restaurants and the two sides facing the streets have 10 balconies with crafted hardware.
